Question Problems getting the Mails from CronJob

I have not been able to recieve any mails sent by the "cronjob" ,instead those mails are being stored at "var/spool/clientmqueue".
Can anyone please let me know ,what shoould I do so that these mails lying around at "/var/spool/clientmqueue" can be delivered to the respective user.

(FYI:
when I do "ls -l " on "/var/spool/mail" the size of the file for the users is 0 Bytes ,as shown below)

#cd /var/spool/mail
#ls -l

-rw-rw---- 1 oracle mail 0 Feb 26 02:38 oracle
-rw-rw---- 1 root mail 0 Feb 26 02:38 root

kindly let me know the solution.
