Unhappy Problem with Yum while Installing gnome-power-management

Dear Expert,

I have Fedora Core 4 x86_64. I am trying to install the gnome-powere-management package using 'yum'. I am getting the following errors(pasted Below)

It seems to satisfy that all dependencies are complete and then fails to find them afterwards. I'd appreciate any help! I need this package for my laptop.

[root@r253212250 danish]# yum -y install gnome-power-manager
