problem with openwebmail - characters when reply or forward message...

Hello!
i received message with apostrofs in text ( in message body) -like :

****************
It's me... it's me! I can't believe it is actually me!
****************

when i push reply or forward that message, i see:

*****************
'It's me... it's me! I can't believe it is actually me!'
******************

that website do automatic transform, actually instead of "'" symbol i have "&"#39;" symbols, as so all text is ugly and bit hard to understand. as that forum automatically replace problem symbol sequence with ' symbol, please see at attached pic to see what it actually looks...

original message is in utf-8 encoding, in headers also is

Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
Content-Type: text/html; charset="utf-8"

also my openwebmail 2.53 is set to "default encoding" as UTF8.
why is that situation, and why i can "repair" that?

thanks

Try changing from UTF-8 in "Charset for composing" at the top right in your scrnsht and see if that helps.
