Problem with Midnight Commander


When I install mc with S-Lang library I must run it with stickchars -a option, because it looks very bad in normal mode. The corners and some other stuff is not wriiten to the screen. Can I somehow fix this?

i assume your running it in a x terminal of some sort
its probaly the font that the term is using
change the font

But I don't want x terminal! How could I install an good font for mc?

so what are you using to to run mc?
you just running it at a plain ol' CLI prompt?
