Problem with Dual Booting

First of all i have 2 40 gig harddrives
I use 1 for XP and the other for Linux

Well i first had XP on my first HD and Linux installed on my 2nd HD.

I went to reinstall it but i installed it over my XP hard drive. How do i format both hard drives from Slack?

By using 'fdisk' and 'makefs' you can format you XP drive for NTFS and your Linux drive for whatever file system that you want. This tutorial on adding hard drives has info on how to use 'fdisk' and 'makefs'
