I am working in Ubuntu linux-2.6.17

Here i have developed one device driver for a PCI card, I compiled and installed it successfully in my PC and tested the driver in Fedora,ubuntu,mandriva linux versions.

Last week i tried to install this driver in "Turbolinux-10 with Kernel version 2.6.5". When Compiling driver, i got some errors related to makefile is,

Error: Makefile:421 /lib/modules/2.6.5-7/build/arch/i386/Makefile No such file or directory

My actual Make file code was,
-------------------------------------------------------------------
obj-m += atspci.o

KERNELDIR ?= /lib/modules/$(shell uname -r)/build
PWD := $(shell pwd)

all:
$(MAKE) -C $(KERNELDIR) M=$(PWD) modules

clean:
rm -rf *.o *~ core .depend .*.cmd *.ko *.mod.c .tmp_versions
--------------------------------------------------------------------

I have checked my source code, but there is no fault in my code. Can anybody help me to solve this problem. Mostly i am expecting answer
from the people who are all working in Turbolinux-10 Desktop version(linux-2.6.5 kernel).
