Hi,

When running gtk-gnutella online the application tries to connect to an IP Address and port other that the ones specified in the Proxy Settings under Config --> Network in gtk-gnutella.
Mozilla browser is able to access the IP Addresses specified as HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden at the bottom of the stack.
Also the following file throws an error after running gtk-gnutella: gwcache.c: line 503. This error is show at the bottom of the error stack in botht online and offline execution of the command.
The gtk-gnutella version is gtk-gnutella-0.93.3.tar.bz2.
The OS is SunJDS (based on SuSE 8.1 and Linux 2.4.19).

Below you can find the output from the terminal after running gtk-gnutella.

Hmmm... not sure what the problem is but allow me to take this opportunity to plug giFT. It uses the gnutella network as well as FastTrack, OpenFT (their own network) and OpenNap (the plugin is slightly dodgy but it works). It's available at gift.sourceforge.net.
