Hello all of you out there,
I wanted to use a different virtualization then VMware Player.
I want to do everything the open source way.
I tried VirtualBox but wasn't very satisfied with that.
So I thought about using KVM and Qemu.
I have enabled virtualization on my i5 Intel CPU
The virtual machine manager runs.
But when I try to create a virtual machine I get the following error:
Code:
Unable to complete install: 'internal error: process exited while connecting to monitor: Could not access KVM kernel module: Permission denied
failed to initialize KVM: Permission denied
Details:
Unable to complete install: 'internal error: process exited while connecting to monitor: Could not access KVM kernel module: Permission denied
failed to initialize KVM: Permission denied

I googled but nothing useful came up
Does anybody have any idea?
Thanks in advance,
