Problem to access the file

I don't know if I should unzip it

Lightbulb Oracle Eclipse

Look here: Oracle.com for information about the file in question. It looks like you have the enterprise pack for Eclipse from Oracle Corporation.

Hope this points you in the right direction.

I wouldn't ordinarily point to the file extension under Linux but, in this case, doesn't it give some clues that this isn't a tar.gz file but, instead, a binary file? You can use the command-line program file to confirm.

.bin files are NOT zip files
they are PROGRAMS

you run them

make it executable and just run it

using browser or a command line tool, or whatever.....
