Problem running Enlightenment

Hello

I just installed slackware 10.0 and am trying to get enlightenment up and running. I downloaded and installed successfully all the packages needed to run enlightenment (imlib2, libpng, zlib, libjpeg, and freetype2) and then compiled/installed enlightenment. The install was successfull but now when I try to run it I get this error:

enlightenment: error while loading shared libraries: libImlib2.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Obviously the directory/file not existing is a rather large problem I am new to linux and would appriciate any assistance. On a side note I did search the forums but couldn't find anything so forgive me if I overlooked something.

Did you run /sbin/ldconfig to update shared libs after installing enlightenment? If not then try that or install imlib2-devel if available. Or add it to pkg-config?
