Trying to install rlbackup on one of my ubuntu boxes.

I am having real trouble installing the server component in ubuntu. I follow the instructions given, and I get an error when I run:

make install-server

Here's the output from the above command:

I have two ubuntu boxes and three debian (sarge) boxes available. The server install works on all three debian boxes, but does not work on either ubuntu box - the output on either box is the same.

Anyone know what's missing, or going on here? Has anyone got this to work?
