Question problem in Xwindow


Hi, I have installed RH8 on my system , but when i start XWindow i get the followng error
"FAtal Error:
No display device found
could you help me in this ?

if i again install 7.1 my display devive is recognised and Xwindoe stats to operate ........

Plz Help

what type of video card do you have?
have you configured X properly probably best if you post your
/etc/X11/XF86config-4 file here.

i have Trio64V2 and the display driver is S3 rt?
