I think you have to start the portmap/rpcbind service before the nfs.

in my system rpcbind service is already running portmap service is not geting installed when i am trying to mount nfs share i m geting this error
#sudo mount -t nfs -o rw 192.168.0.88:/share/php /share
/usr/sbin/start-statd: line 8: /sbin/rpc.statd: Permission denied
/usr/sbin/start-statd: line 8: /sbin/rpc.statd: Success
mount.nfs: rpc.statd is not running but is required for remote locking.
mount.nfs: Either use '-o nolock' to keep locks local, or start statd.
mount.nfs: an incorrect mount option was specified
