Problem building the PSP Toolchain under Ubuntu (gcc problem)

Greetings,

I'm having some trouble trying to build the PSP Toolchain on my new Ubuntu installation.

Quote:

ERROR: Could not run the toolchain script.

I tried checking the config.log but the file doesn't exist.

Any hints? Thanks in advance.

When you Google the error message what do you find? What have you tried to do to resolve the problem and what was the outcome? I think you need to look again for config.log.

The config.log is in
psptoolchain/build/gcc-4.3.1/build-psp/gcc/config.log

If you have a clean install of Ubuntu 8.04 or 8.04.1
the tools will be built, just follow the text in
psptoolchain/readme-ubuntu.txt strictly.
