Privacy: sending data to Internet
 

Hi all,
using a browser, when you ask for a URL or make a query in some search engine like Google, you are sending data to Internet :
- IP number
- operative system used
- browser used
... and so on (and I am not mentioning coockies...)
Do you know some sw for logging or simply capturing the data sent to Internet?
