Printing using CUPS with OOo1.1.3

I am struggling to find a way to get my Epson USB printer working with OOo1.1.3. I am using CUPS and having tested it through that the printer configuration is just fine. Going into the OOo directory in my home directory and then entering ./spadmin, I have put lpr -P in the relevant space under "Properties of printer", but when I try to print off a test page I get nada.

Has anyone else encountered this, and if so - what was the fix?

Many thanks

Thumbs up

Just fixed it!!!

For those of you struggling with the same problem, just try this:

in the properties, simply add (without quotes): "lpr-cups"

and viola ... out comes a pretty test page!!

Mission accomplished
