Unhappy Print Quota Manager for linux?

Is there software out there for linux to manage print quota's for users. I want to move from a Windows NT print server to a RedHat Linux printserver. To be able to do this I need to be able to Manage print quotas for users.

Does anyone know of a program that will do this?

Thanks for the help

Red Hat have now switched to CUPS for the default print spooler, and CUPS has user quotas built in.
