PPS TOOLS with PPS via DCD RS232 with a sure GPS BOARD - PPSTEST problem

Configuration*:

Linux*: ubuntu 12.04.lts
Kernel > 3.2
RS232 port
SURE GPS modded with PPS to serial (DCD)*:
http://www.satsignal.eu/ntp/Sure-GPS.htm

Code:
PPSTOOLS*:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
root@olivier-Latitude-D810:~# ppstest /dev/pps0
trying PPS source "/dev/pps0"
found PPS source "/dev/pps0"
ok, found 1 source(s), now start fetching data...
source 0 - assert 1357664978.144304659, sequence: 732 - clear  1357664977.244301338, sequence: 731
source 0 - assert 1357664978.144304659, sequence: 732 - clear  1357664978.244300153, sequence: 732
source 0 - assert 1357664979.144309139, sequence: 733 - clear  1357664978.244300153, sequence: 732
source 0 - assert 1357664979.144309139, sequence: 733 - clear  1357664979.244297219, sequence: 733
source 0 - assert 1357664980.144312566, sequence: 734 - clear  1357664979.244297219, sequence: 733
source 0 - assert 1357664980.144312566, sequence: 734 - clear  1357664980.244309861, sequence: 734
source 0 - assert 1357664981.144314308, sequence: 735 - clear  1357664980.244309861, sequence: 734

root@olivier-Latitude-D810:~# ls -l /dev/pps*
crw------- 1 root root 251, 0 janv.  8 17:55 /dev/pps0
ppsfind ktimer*: doesn't display anything in terminal
root@olivier-Latitude-D810:~# find /sys/class/pps/
/sys/class/pps/
/sys/class/pps/pps0
I have X4 sequence events*: X2 assert and X 2 clear. That is the problem.
Serial cable is ok

Please Help*! I'm a newbie.

I need to fix this before to go with NTP/PPS.

Thanks in advance,

my 09.PPS.RULES*:

Code:
KERNEL=="ttyS0", SYMLINK+="gps0"
KERNEL=="ttyS0", RUN+="/bin/setserial -v /dev/%k low_latency"
KERNEL=="ttyS0", RUN+="/usr/sbin/ldattach pps /dev/%k"
KERNEL=="pps0", OWNER="root", GROUP="tty", MODE="0660", SYMLINK+="gpspps0"
