PostScript Annotation Tool wanted
I need a tool that will enable me to mark-up a PostScript document.
I also need a tool to do the same with PDF files. I use PaperPort to do this in Windows, but I prefer linux tools.
A tool with drawing instruments would be cool, but being able to add text is essential. Gimp would almost be the way to go, but it has some ideosyncracies that makes it inadequite for documents; ie, it will not maintain the paging of a multi-page document.
