PostgreSQL

Hi. I've just installed the PostgreSQL so I am not familiar with it too much. So please help me to find how:
1. to list all the created database users (and their rights)
2. to forbid the users to list the names of existing databases (to list names not to connect)
3. to grant all rights to the user and to the database base if he is not the owner of the one? - I've created the database as postgres user so postrgres is the owner. The user is not admin - he could not create the database himself. But I would like to give him (and only him) the permission to create, delete, etc the tables and give him the rights to _grant_ or _revoke_ rights for another users.
Maybe the questions are stupid but in case of mySQL it took 15 minutes for me to find out the answers. In case of PostgreSQL I can't.

I've fixed the problem (3) myself. Items 1 & 2 are still open.

Well here's another piece (1). You want to look at the pg_shadow catalog table. Here's a url for the pg_shadow table definition:

http://www.postgresql.org/idocs/inde...pg-shadow.html

and another one for the catalogs:

http://www.postgresql.org/idocs/index.php?catalogs.html

Thanks. I've found this chapter before but the database concept is not clear for me therefore I cannot use the information from there. First thing is that f.ex. pg_shadow can be (?) reached when I open any database. What is more this is hidden table. Very strange. In mySQL I've got the separate database 'mysql' where all configuration, user, priviliges, etc were stored and everything was obvious. Here I have possibility to acces the global tables from any database. Hm.
Very complex.
