Postfix/Unknown Users

I want to configure postfix so that if it cant find a user on the system, then redirect the mail to me. I dont think I want a 'catchall' account since there are users who do exist on the system and a catchall account would ignore these users.

How would I go about this? I would search more but dont know what words to search for to get the answer

Thanks
