postfix (spamassassin+clamav+ amavis)

hello,

i have setting mail service using amavis + spamassassin and clamav,

how to setting postfix should be just scan sending email only for spam and virus mail, because i have already mailscanner that scan all incoming email.

how to setting and where to set the file ?

help me, i want the specific answer, i just want spam,clamav and amavis scan email for outgoing not for incoming....

anyone has experience do that....please assist me...
