POSTFIX not delivering?

Any ideas why POSTFIX is not deliverying the messages?

Are there any messages still in the queue:
/usr/local/postfix/bin/sendmail -bp

If so you can deliver them using:
/usr/local/postfix/bin/sendmail -q

Your path may be different.
