Postfix Mail queue high

Dear all,
I having problem with postfix. Postfix is used as a relay installed together with amavis, spamassassin and clamd. My problem is mail queue is high, and memory utilization is also high. So please help me on this matters. Below is a config from main.cf file.

# See /usr/share/postfix/main.cf.dist for a commented, more complete version

# Debian specific: Specifying a file name will cause the first
# line of that file to be used as the name. The Debian default
# is /etc/mailname.
#myorigin = /etc/mailname

biff = no

# appending .domain is the MUA's job.
append_dot_mydomain = no

# Uncomment the next line to generate "delayed mail" warnings
# delay_warning_time = 4h
# myorign = xxx.com.id
mydomain = xxx.com.id
myhostname = mail-relay.xxx.com.id
mydestination = $myhostname, localhost.$mydomain, localhost

smtpd_banner = $myhostname ESMTP Mail Server

relay_domains = $mydestination, /etc/postfix/relay-domains
relayhost = [128.247.95.16]
relay_recipient_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/relay_recipients

smtpd_helo_restrictions = reject_non_fqdn_hostname
smtpd_helo_required = yes
disable_vrfy_command = yes

# qmgr_clog_warn_time = 0

#Amavisfeed
content_filter=amavisfeed:[127.0.0.1]:10024

#DSPAM Checking
check_client_access = pcre:/etc/postfix/dspam_filter_access
dspam_destination_recipient_limit = 1

# Tuning Postfix

default_process_limit = 100

# Reject domain
smtpd_delay_reject = yes
smtpd_sender_restrictions = hash:/etc/postfix/sender_access, reject_unknown_sender_domain
