clau_bolson Member Registered: Nov 2003 Location: Argentina Distribution: Debian Sarge Posts: 52 Rep:	Postfix - Dovecot userdb question All users virtual - MySQL All maildirs as a pattern /home/virtual/user. Single uid an gid Postfix verifies user and if it exists handles mail to Dovecot deliver. Why should Dovecot verify AGAIN if the user exists with userdb ? Is it safe to use in Dovecot "static" as userdb with allow_all_users ? Thanks
