Postfix - disallow some users to send internet mail

Hi, we have deployed Bynary's Insight Server which uses Postfix. I want to allow only to some users to be able to send external (internet) mail.

Does anyone know how to?

The postfix documentation (/usr/share/doc/packages/postfix/html/faq.html) has a section called 'Mail relaying'. In that section, there are instructions 'Restricting what users can send mail to off-site destinations'.

And for other case?
I would like to know if there´s some way in that Postfix allow just some users to receive from a domain. For example of my 100 users i just want 30 to receive from hotmail domain. Is this possible?

Please can you help me, i´m in a very big hurry
