It is, but you'll need to mount the Windows partition first (where is the Windows drive - on a partition on your internal hard drive, or on external storage?).

Hmmm...not sure if you have the same problem, but the website seems to be down....OK, so if it is, here's what you do:
1) If the Windows drive is on a partition on your local hard drive, then go to terminal and type in:
Please post the results of that (if your Windows is on a partition on your internal hard drive).
2) If it's on external media, then plug in your external storage and then go to terminal, and type in:
Look for what appears to be your external media device, and post those lines up. Then we'll continue from there!
