Question Porting question

Is a tutorial for porting Windows programs to Linux? Or any site article that would be helpful in helping to learn it?

You could check out wine first, I guess. Wine is an applications that allows you to run Windows applications under Linux, so, depending which application you want to port, chances are that it already could work without much tweak:

Good luck!
