Popfile & Linux

Hi,

I use Popfile (http://popfile.sourceforge.net/ ) to filter out spam from my email and it is deathly accurate. Anyway, my question is this: How do I get popfile to start automatically when I start my PC? Is there anyway a user other than root can start the popfile engine?

Thanks,

JT
