Plesk vs cPanel - Thoughts Please!

I am setting up our first web site hosting server (Fedora Core 2). When looking for a package to help other people at the office manage the server, I came across 2 that seemed to stand out - Plesk 7.5 and cPanel.

Can I please have so feedback about these programs and what people have found to be positives and negatives about each?
