please help my ownership woes...


im trying to install moregroupware on my redhat 7.3 server but i keeping getting this error


Setup died with this message:

Setup needs a place to write some temporary data. It does this in '/var/www/htdocs/moregroupware/setup/templates_c'.

Automatic creation of this directory failed. Please create it manually and give the user of your webserver 'R/W' rights on this directory



im chmodded and chowned every which way but i keep getting the same error....how do i give apache r+w access to a folder?
