please help horde beginners they are stuck


help beginners ..
i have aproblem with horde installation redhat9.0

i have configured every thing properly ..the problem i have is

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path=''.:/usr/share/pear/php'') in /var/www/html/mail/horde/lib/Registry.php on line 13

i have installed pear 1.3 in
/usr/share/pear

php version 4.2.2

my etc/ php.ini
include_path='.:/usr/share/pear/php'

PEAR

* PEAR - No
* Check your PHP include_path setting to make sure it has the PEAR library
directory.
* Recent PEAR - No
* Mail - No
* Log - No
* DB - No
* Net_Socket - No
* Date - No
* HTML_Common/HTML_Select - No


# pear list
i get this error
<br />
<b>Fatal error</b>: Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include_path=''.:/usr/share/pear/php'') in <b>/usr/bin/pear</b> on line <b>27</b><br />


but still i get that error please help help
