Playonlinux adding *.exe files to installed set of files

I recently installed Skyrim but at the end of installation process Playonlinux hung and I had to cancell this process (Skyrim installed correctly despite having that problem) The only annoying thing is fact that I haven't got Skyrim in place where are all installed apps, so I have to manually browse files to lauch everytime I play Skyrim. It's quite annoying. Is there any way to fix that? I hope You understand me, because my English is quite poor. I tried to reinstall but thing is gave me no help.

Please don't apologize for your command of the English language. It is appreciated that you have simply done your best to explain your issue here in English so we can try to help you.

Thank you for that

Okay I'm not a gamer in any sense of the term, actually, but I did a bit of looking around in some forums and found a few things that might help you:

http://skyrimforums.org/threads/skyr...13/#post-31237

That's a two part video from YouTube, but I thought that it would be important for you to peruse and perhaps even use some of the expertise from members of that forum.

You can buy Phoenix 3.0 here: http://www.otaku-studios.com/phx/

There's also PlayOnLinux, which is free: http://www.playonlinux.com/en/

Here is more discussion on the topic of running skyrim on Linux w/Wine: http://www.steamgamesonlinux.com/sky...der-scrolls-v/

If you're also asking how to create launchers or add them to your menus, you'll need to let us know which desktop / window manager you're running. i.e., KDE, Xfce, Mate, etc.

Also, the Linux distro and version of that distro that you're using is also something that we need to know too.

I hope that helps

Kindest regards,

.
