playing music on linux
 
hi there can anyone help me nin playing music on redhat 9.0.i have ogg vorbis but it still doesnt play them.donno why.done the sound check too its fine but the voice is too low.HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You say you have installed ogg vorbis. OK, it actually comes with Red Hat 9. Xmms should be able to play them. Red Hat won't play mp3's unless you install mpg123. For a player I recommend GQmpeg. You can also use mplayer which works exceptionally good in console.
