Playing enemy-territory *AND* listening mp3
 

Hi!

I just installed Enemy-Territory, but i can't play AND listen to mp3 at the same time (although with Windows this is possible). I have ALSA installed, and i heard that it can manage 2 applications using sound, but i dont know if ET is using those drivers or OSS. And i looked for some sound configuration on ET directory and couldnt found anything. Any clue?

your game may have allocated the sound channel, therefore not letting the PC stream the mp3 to the same sound device/channel.

What exactly is the problem.

Turn off the sound in the game.

Turn off? This isnt possible... as far as i can see i can only decrease the volume... but i dont know how to DISABLE the sound.... and i didnt understand what u said... if u could a little more especific....
