pkgconfig problems with softwares downloaded through "yum"

hi...
i actually have 2 questions.
1. I have installed fedora 2 on my pc. I tried to install " wallpapoz" ( software to set different wallpapers for each workspace ). But it gave me an error saying 2 dependencies namely libxml++-2.6 and libglademm-2.4 not found in pkg-config path.. So i tried to install these 2 libraries using "yum". I haven't used "yum" before to download softwares from fedora's site. I was able to install these 2 libraries through "yum" . I did not get any errors. I also verified by searching these 2 libraries in "/usr/lib" directory. These 2 libraries were present there. Then, I tried to install "wallpapoz" again. But , I got the same error :--

Package libglademm-2.4 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libglademm-2.4.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libglademm-2.4' found

Now, I tried to search for libglademm-2.4.pc in "/usr/lib/pkgconfig" directory but i could not find it there.

Is it that libraries which are installed through "yum" dont create a ".pc" file in pkgconfig directory??
What should I do ???

2. My 2nd question is that though i am trying to install "wallpapoz" for setting wallpapers but i does not change wallpapers randomly and i can only set 1 wallpaper for each workspace. Does anybody any software which can do my job???

Plz... help....

look for and install the corresponding -devel package for the libs (e.g. libxml2-2.x.x-devel.rpm) those contain the .pc (pkg-config) files.
