pkg-config problem

after i install pkgconfig i have no PKG_CONFIG_PATH. is there some dependency that i am needing to get this. after ./configure make make install everything seemed to work great. please help.

you just need to update the $PATH to system libraries..........
do this from a term window or command line.......
