Greetings
To be honest I'm kind a new in Linux, but thank God internet cames up
I have a little bit problem with Pidgin, as describe below :
- I have installed Mint 17.1 perfectly and everything runs ok
- I have an Openfire 3.9.3 (openfire.mydomain.com) Server and running ok
- I have both windows and linux machine with different type of IPs and between them could communicate
- I have already adding pidgin-developers's ppa in my apt-source's file
- I have update and upgrade all system of my Mint's machines (include my pidgin and libpurple to recent version 2.10.9)
- I have 2 types of user in my Mint's machine (root and user)
- In Windows's machines pidgin run smoothly even when its restart
The problem , and it's keep me headache, was why my Mint's Pidgin wont start? It always tells me that I have
"Lost connection with server: Connection reset by peer"
Is there any solution for this?
