phptag not recognized


everything is installed.......
After run the apache server, php document is open.
php tag not recognized. so, mozilla browser window is print alike input character. how to do it????

Is the PHP package installed?

Is apache configured correctly to run with php?

Does your document has the extension .php?

Just some things to check.
