phpQLAdmin is not working
 

Hello,

I have configured ldap server with qmail setup, with simple installation setup, followed steps from http://www.qmail-ldap.org,

I am running CentOS 5.8 32bit, php version 5.3, mysql 5.5, i have downloaded tarball for phpQLAdmin 2.7.3, configured alias /qmail in apache, now interface is appearing with very strage values filled in login box, its not taking users and not validating properly. what goes wrong with setup, also i am not sure whether qmail-ldap setup has been done properly or not without this tool, i had setup without qmail-ldap-control-patch, i did correction in schemas manually.

Please guide.
