PHP question

I know this might be a real dumb question but. Is it possible to install both php4 and php5? I got some programs that work great w/ php5 and some who dont.

Is there a danger if I do?

There is no danger using both php4 and php5. Take a look at this howto. It's written for debian and ubuntu but the apache configuration which is what you want is the same for enery distro.
