I have noticed that this forum looks remarkably like this one. Is there a program that lets you setup these forums? I've seen a few free ones but I like the look of this forum and straightdope's the most.

As it states at the bottom of each page, this forum is based off of vBulletin. They have two versions I know of, a free stripped down version and one that costs money.
Though I believe jeremy paid for this when he created this site, it has been highly hacked to LQ's needs, etc.
