Question PHP FILE MANAGER (ftp, http download) - suggestions

Hi all,

I`m looking for a nice php file manager.
Some expected features:

- upload / download using HTTP
- with web panel
- with easy administration (this is for my secretary) - admin console
- users (should be possible to prepare links to download with password restriction)

Could be php, perl or something else.

If somebody knows some nice software please put here some links...

thanks in advance
