Phonon includes not found while building KDE 4.4
 

I've been trying to install a development version of kde 4 and when i attempt to install kdelibs it tells me that it can't find the phonon libraries. Does anyone know what the trouble might be? I'm using Debian Sid.

If you cannot get the packages from the package manager interface:
Download and install all .deb files including sources and dependencies.
Build from kde source.

I am building from source... I'm not sure I understand what you're getting at.

Phonon should be in the kdemultimedia package.
It is also cross referenced with gstreamer.
