Hey guys, I am not savvy on the perl aspects of linux at all, but every time I try to change my verisign ID or restart the httpd server I get this message. How do I fix it?

Starting httpd: perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
LANGUAGE = (unset),
LC_ALL = (unset),
LANG = "en_US:en"
are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

Well, I can't quite tell what OS you're running. In redhat, it's in /etc/sysconfig/i18n, you'd change those settings in there.

It may just be floating around in /etc in other distros.

Likewise, you can always preset those things before you launch.
