Post PDF with all the bells and whistles

How do I create a PDF with a specific page that has clickable links to "chapters" in the pdf instead of requiring the readers of the pdf to scroll to find a specific page, etc?

So if the chapter on Bricklaying is Chapter 7, page 45 in the pdf. how do I create a clickable link on a "contents" page for example.

Hi,

any \ref{} in latex with the hyperref package loaded will create such links. However if you're not already a latex user, you may find the learning curve a little steep.

I'm quite sure there are many systems for writing documents like this and suspect other forum members will chime in with their favourites. Presumably libreoffice has this functionality too.

I'm pretty sure creating a table of contents in libreoffice will do this. It should export to PDF just fine.
