PDF -> PPT, OO Pres., or 1-2-3?

Hey, I was wonering if anyone know a utility to convert pdf files to PowerPoint, OpenOffice.org presentation, or Lotus 1-2-3 format?

PDF -> html would be good too, since I am pretty sure all 3 of the above programs can open HTML files as well.

I just tried a pdf2html convertor. It doesn't do it right at all, looks nothing like the original. So if someone knows one, I would be happy.
btw, I converted it to ps (postscript) and then using GIMP saved it as a png at 600dpi, but I need it to be editable. So no go with the images
