Question PClinuxOS wont run above 800x600 display?

Hey,

Ive installed PClinuxOS but i cant get it to run above 800x600. Ive checked the /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and there all set to 1024x768 on each bit depth. Ive tried to change the resolution on the configure desktop option but its only showing 800x600 and not 1024x768! Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance.

Try going into PCLinuxOS Control Center / Hardware / Configure basic hardware...
Adjust the resolution an be sure to test it.
