Patch Centos boxes without internet connection

Hello,

We have been tasked with patching and updating a ton of Centos 5.8 boxes. The issue is that the environment has NO access to the internet or outside world. To get data into the environment, we literally have to present the data physically at the DC's. How can we update these devices without internet access?

Thanks,

Then there's only one option: sneakernet ;-p

What do you know architecture and inventory-wise about the machines?
Do you have a plan of approach? If so please list your steps in the right order and if you haven't got one then think up one and then post.

Clone the entire CentOS repo onto a drive and use it as a local repo for the boxes that need updated.

...only to find out that one box uses ART, the others require EPEL for dependencies and one box isn't CentOS but actually OEL and the client "just" forgot to mention it? At say three DC's times 50 machines each and w/o plan or inventory that sounds like fun indeed.
