Password database

I am trying to locate a password database for use at work. I have looked at several open source packages but all that I have found are for a single user and we need to allow multiple user access with view restrictions.

OS is freeBSD 6.2.

Does anyone know of a program that fits these requirements?

Thanks
sporty

This database is for use by a support group maintaining routers, switches, servers, etc. Of course all users should not have access to everything so I need to be able to limit their access to passwords based on the group they are in. From my limited database knowledge I believe this would be considered a view. Users should have read only access, being unable to modify any password data.

Preferable there would be a root type account holder that could modify the data and manage the user accounts.

And, of course, all data should be encrypted.

O/S would probably be FBSD 6.x. although Linux could be used.

The password databases that I have found have been for only a single user, unfortunately this would allow everyone to see all passwords and anyone could modify the data.

Any ideas if such a product exists?

Thanks again
